Shipping:
Your order will be shipped to you in the most efficient method possible.
We mainly ship via the United States Post Office using USPS Priority
(2 – 3 business day) Delivery inside the United States. For shipping to
Alaska and Hawaii please check with us on the shipping costs and the
shipping services offered. Your order can also be bumped up to USPS
Express (Next Day) Delivery to expedite your order for an additional
charge. This feature is available to most areas of the United States.
Please contact Lawson’s to get you an exact shipping amount for all
Express Shipping orders. Also, please specify it in the order which
shipping method you wish. Your items will be carefully and securely
packaged in a box for shipping. Should any shipping damage occur please
notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Lawson’s Home Center will be happy to do international shipping to
countries which allow knives and related items. Please contact us via
phone or email for international shipping rates.

Returns:
Lawson’s Home Center must approve returns on items purchased either from
our retail location or from our website. Lawson’s will accept returns on
items purchased from Lawson’s Home Center only. If your item is defective
please notify us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned items with a RMA number will be eligible for a refund or
replacement. Contact us at 1.800.828.7690 or via email

receive a RMA number. No return will be accepted without a RMA.

All returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RMA
number clearly visible. All returns must be returned in a sturdy box. Any
items returned must include all accessories, warranty cards, manuals to receive
credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when the item is
defective. Returns must be shipped using the US Postal Service or UPS. USPS
Priority Mail with insurance is recommended on all returns. Lawson’s assumes
no liability for loss or damage on items being returned.
Lawson’s must be notified within 5 days of buyer receiving merchandise if a
refund / exchange is to be requested. All returns must be received back within
14 days of buyer receiving merchandise. Credits or exchanges will be handled
usually within 4 weeks. Lawson’s strives for you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase.
All non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
